Donations made through the Site are processed by Stripe, Inc. IHAP is a recognized 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN: 41-4339110). Contributions are generally tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. IHAP will provide a written acknowledgment for donations of $250 or more as required by IRS regulations.
All donations are used to advance IHAP's charitable mission. IHAP maintains the right to allocate gifts at its discretion in accordance with its current program priorities, unless a gift is restricted in writing by the donor and accepted by IHAP. Donations are non-refundable except in the case of verified unauthorized transactions — please contact info@ihapusa.org promptly if you believe an error occurred.
IHAP is registered or exempt from registration in states where required for charitable solicitation. For Florida: Florida charitable solicitations registration is pending. A COPY OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER SERVICES BY CALLING TOLL-FREE (800-435-7352) WITHIN THE STATE. REGISTRATION DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT, APPROVAL, OR RECOMMENDATION BY THE STATE.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, data, and software — is the property of IHAP or its content providers and is protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws.

IN NO EVENT SHALL IHAP'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IHAP regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to such subject matter.
